Meet the Staff at Koons Sterling Ford

Matt has been a proud member of Koons Sterling Ford since 2002. He was born and raised in Chicago IL until moving to El Paso TX at age 12, and then to Detroit Michigan at age 15. In the summer of 92, fresh out of high school, he joined the U.S. Army where he proudly served for 6 years in the 3rd Infantry Division, The Old Guard. Assignments at the Old Guard included Casket Bearer for funerals in Arlington National Cemetery, Joint Service Missions at the Pentagon and 4 years with The U.S. Army Drill Team. Matt came from a family of 10 kids and always loves getting together with the gang.

Mark started in the automotive industry in 2007. Mark enjoys hockey and art.

Rick started in the automotive industry in 2013. In 2016 he sold 8 cars in one day, it was a record for Sterling Ford history! Rick enjoys learning new things. Technology is a big part of his life. He speaks Turkish and German. Rick is happily married and has 2 twin daughters.

Syed started working with Koons Sterling Ford in 1996. He has always loved working for Koons. He likes that it is a very friendly environment with great people.br> Syed has lived in Loudoun County for over 30 years. He can speak Spanish, Farsi, Urdu and Indian. He really enjoy great Tacos and Kebabs!

I was born in upstate New York on Lake George. I have been married for 27 years to my wife Cheryl and both my kids, Nathan and Lauren, our teaching nearby in Loudoun county. Love to play the Drums. I started in the auto industry in 1980 as a night time clean up man, then moved on to painting cars for about 12 years and started selling in 1993. I love selling at Koons because there are no tricks just honest prices where we do everything we can to be upfront and I think customers appreciate that...My goal is to be as helpful as I can with all my customers weather they buy from us or not...

Kevin started with Koons Sterling Ford in 2016. He is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. He loves to watch and play soccer. He also enjoys golf and working out.

Ehsan started in the automotive industry with Koons in April 1996. He started in the service department as a porter then was promoted to the new car get ready department, and now his current position as the Inventory Manager. Ehsan loves spending time with his wife, Zahida, their three children, Rehan, Arslan, and Amna. Outside of work, Ehsan loves cooking and traveling with his family.

Jose joined the Koons family in 2009. During his spare time he enjoys playing soccer and cooking.

Anthony started with Koons in 2016. On his spare time he enjoys fishing.

Paul joined Koons Sterling Ford over 25 years ago after graduating Summa Cum Laude from the ASSET program in NOVA, where he received and Associates degree in Automotive Sciences. Paul has achieved the level of Senior Master Technician for the past 16 years. Paul and is his wife, Judy, recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary by going on a cruise to the Bahamas that Paul won through a local radio station. He is also a proud veteran of the US Air Force and he enjoys golfing, concert going and fishing.

Ben started with Koons in 2008. He has won the Senior Master Tech Award. Ben enjoys playing video games and car events.

Eric started in the automotive industry in 1993.

Lee has been with Koons since July 1996. During his spare time he enjoys coaching youth football and baseball.

Keith started in the automotive industry in 1979. Keith enjoys bass fishing, camping, and hiking. He also specializes in training pit bulls.
